Q: What is the commission/discount structure?

A: The commission rate is 25%. You will receive your commissions with every sale you make.

Q: How often and how do I receive income?
A: When you place orders, you place them net of your commission of 25% - so you’re paid the moment you make the sale!

Q: Do I make deliveries or carry inventory?
A: Not unless you want to! Orders can be shipped to the Customer, Hostess or you! Usually in 72 hours or less.

Q: How do customers order?
A: Customers can place their orders on your Gabby Goodies personal website (if you have one) or they can also order directly at the corporate website and you will receive credit.

Q: How quickly are orders shipped?
A: All orders ship in 72 business hours—often less!

Q: What are the shipping charges?
A: At Get-Togethers, Hostesses and customers pay 10% of retail sales (minimum of $4 per person).

Q: What if I or my customers need to return something? What is the return policy?
A: All Gabby Goodies products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Direct refunds to retail customers are handled by the Consultant who sold the product. The company refunds Consultants with replacement product after submitting a copy of the retail sales receipt and either a note from the customer or the returned product. Guarantees are valid for up to one year after the date of purchase.

Consultants may return product due to shipping or package damage for replacement. The office must be notified immediately upon receipt of damaged goods, and the product must be returned to the office within thirty (30) days.

Q: How do I reward my Get-Together Hostesses?
A: Gabby Goodies offers a generous Hostess Program that is detailed in the Host a Home Show section of the website. These products are paid for by Gabby Goodies. Should it become necessary, Gabby Goodies reserves the right to change and substitute these items.

Q: What types of payments does the company accept?
A: Gabby Goodies accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal from Consultants or customers.

Q: What if I need help after I sign up? Who will support me?
A: You can go to your upline (the person who recruited you) or Team Gabby (our corporate office) with any questions you have. We also have created a Yahoo Group to support each other and share in business ideas.

Q: Is there an annual renewal fee?
A: Yes, there is an annual renewal fee. The specific amount is based on your sales the previous year and ranges from $0-$50.

Q: How much is it to reorder catalogs and other business supplies?
A: Business supplies are available for purchase at nominal costs.

Q: Are there any sales quotas to meet?
A: There are no sales quotas unless you want to receive bonuses on your team (those you recruit into the business) activity.
